4. Land Ownership and Payment Terms
- Land sales are subject to availability, and prices vary based on the property size and location.
- A deposit is required to secure the land, with the balance to be paid according to agreed-upon terms.
- Payment plans are available, with the entire payment to be completed within 10 months after the initial deposit.
- Failure to complete payments within the agreed time may result in penalties or forfeiture of the land.
5. Referral Program
- Commissions and rewards will be disbursed as specified in the referral terms.
- Gifts may be awarded to top referrers as part of the referral program.
- Referrers are entitled to a 7% commission on successful referrals.
- Referrals are tracked through unique code provided to users.
6. Damock Plus and PlotPal
- Users of these platforms agree to follow the guidelines and payment terms set forth by Damock.
- Damock Plus is a platform for booking exclusive short-let properties, and PlotPal is an app to facilitate land purchases and investment.
7. Use of Content
- Users agree not to reproduce or use any of Damock’s content without prior permission.
- All content, including images, logos, and marketing materials provided by Damock, is the intellectual property of Damock.
8. Responsibilities of Users
- You are responsible for any fees or taxes related to your transactions.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
9. Termination of Service
Damock reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to the services for violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
